Spring is in the air, which can only mean one thing - it's time to present our favourite tracks of winter (released June, July, August).

We usually limit ourselves to our top five tracks of the season, but this time around we found it impossibly hard to choose - so we've got six tracks for you!

Catchy melodies, lush layers, nostalgic sounds - Sydney artist Theeth strikes pop gold with Paper Frames.

Cooee - Daisies

This one's a breathtaking tearjerker. Artistic duo Cooee bring us what is possibly the most touching song of the year in Daisies.

POLTEGEIST 9000, Finlay Ross - Higher Frequencies

Our fave dance track of winter! Stick this on and you won't be able to keep still. Higher Frequencies is a real groover.

We adore the craftsmanship of this intricate rock-throwback from Geelong band 4 Days. 4 Days is the kind of track they just don't make anymore - except they do!
