MUSIC VIDEO OF THE WEEK: Earl Gray, Simply Sick

Emo surf rock band Earl Gray tackle substance abuse and addiction in Simply Sick.

The band said the song was about both the struggles of an individual and the ripple effects on their surrounding loved ones.

‘Our music video follows… a man living with the struggles of addiction and substance abuse,’ the band says.

‘The story shows them walking continuously through different scenarios and environments seemingly on the search for purpose and belonging but no to avail.’

The track is taken from the Sydney/Wollongong five-piece's recent EP, Society Strays.
