Melbourne's Twisted Fix channel the Madchester scene in Gimme A Reason, one of a string of singles blending nineties British indie with classic sixties pop.

‘Gimme A Reason started off as an addictive riff that just stuck,’  songwriter Aaron Morgan says.

'After mulling on it for a couple of days, one night the lyrics all came out in one go. I couldn't stop singing it to myself, so we thought it definitely needed to be included on our debut album.'

The song layers melancholic melodies over driving rhythm, with the video capturing all the colour and energy of the Madchester times.
